Take Your Guide reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of unavailability or exceptional circumstances.

  1. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your booking at any time before the start of the tour.
If you cancel before the tour begins, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Once the tour has started, cancellations or refunds are no longer possible.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Users must respect the guide, other participants, and local laws during tours.
Take Your Guide is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during tours.
